1. Complete Volunteer Application
Please note that CASA volunteer advocates must be at least 21 years of age. Our volunteer application can be completed online volunteer at the link below. The process should take about 30 minutes to complete. Before you begin, be sure to have information for three (3) personal references including name, mailing address, and email address, as your application cannot be saved once you begin.
2. Complete BACKGROUND CHECK Form
In addition to the application, please print the background check form below, fill out, and return to our Volunteer Supervisor Megan Martinez, at volunteer@casaofvalverde.org, or by mail to 317 S. Main St. Del Rio, TX. 78840. Once submitted, We will contact you within 3 business days to schedule an Interview where we can also answer any questions you have.
3. Interview
Once the application and background check form is received, you will be contacted for an interview. CASA volunteer applicants must also submit to FBI criminal checks, national criminal checks, DFPS checks, motor vehicle driving records and fingerprinting.
